*How long have you been involved in voice acting?

I've been voice acting here and there for about 20 years. My main source of work comes through radio & TV voice overs and corporate film narration.

*You invented a wonderfully wicked persona for the Botsmith, what kind of process do you go through in creating a character like that?

I came up with the voice for Botsmith primarily through the character profile and the illustration. I figured he'd have a somewhat 'pinched' voice because he's kind of short. And being the evil genius type, I felt he'd have that diabolical side to his personality. Your basic warped dude. Nice dresser though.

*Could you ever see yourself as an Evil Super Villain?

I think I can look and sound like an Evil Super Villain. But I don't have the guts to get in all those fights with the heroes. I take one shot to the nose and I start screaming like a girl. You know how those punches make your eyes water? I hate that. I guess I could hire a bunch of goons. I have to give that some more thought.

*Have you done voiceovers for videogames in the past?

This is my first official 'video game" voice over. But hopefully not the last.

*How was this project different from your last voiceover job?

The last voice acting project I worked on was portraying Howard Hughes for a "DRAMA-MENTARY" for a company in Santa Monica. It was challenging and fun. But it wasn't the "BLAST" I got out of playing Botsmith.

*What attracted you to this project?

This project was 100% fun. I wasn't selling cars, jewelry or monster truck shows. There is nothing wrong with advertising. It's how I make my living. But it was a great change of pace to have a project that was "pure fun"! I also can't wait to tell everyone I know to check out the game cuz I'm one of the creepy characters.

*I’ve recently heard that Jimmy cracked corn, how do you feel about that?

I was really pissed off. First of all, Jimmy never asked anyone if it was okay to crack the corn and who likes it that way anyhow?
I'd like to give Jimmy a good swift kick in the....Maybe I WOULD make a good super villain after all.

*What are some of your favorite adventure games?

Driving on LA Freeways.

*If you had to sum up your total experience in working on Brain Hotel in one word, what would that word be?

AWESOME!
