Roman, I looked up otters in Wikipedia, but there was no mention of any proportion of males to females. While I cannot prove your statement correct, neither can a prove it wrong. It's a sort of Schroedinger's statement, both right and wrong until someone opens the On-to-Oz volume of Britannica.
I did, however, take a moment, to add the Happy Otter Clan to the Wikipedia.
I also found a rather excellent quote recently from Neil Gaiman about otters:
"Except the trouble is, as a creator...I saw a lovely analogy recently. Somebody said that writers are like otters. And otters are really hard to train. Dolphins are easy to train. They do a trick, you give them a fish, they do the trick again, you give them a fish. They will keep doing that trick until the end of time. Otters, if they do a trick and you give them a fish, the next time they'll do a better trick or a different trick because they'd already done that one. And writers tend to be otters. Most of us get pretty bored doing the same trick. We've done it, so let's do something different."

Good to know that the site is a hit down at the hot.net offices. I better get the credit card ready for all the hot asian singles in my area that I will be pleasing all night long with herbal growth supplements. But first I need to wait for the inheritance to come through from my Nigerian uncle's estate.

I vividly remember during makeup sessions, sadistic girls poking me in the eye with eyeliner pencils. Roman had the eyeliner thing down, but I did not. I don't like sharp things pointed at my eye!

I vividly rememeber the play Grease and all of you Otters. What PIA's you were during the hair and makeup sessions - you all were so hyper I could not get you to sit still for very long. Mark, I know how much you enjoyed all the hair product that took you weeks to wash out! I am very proud of all of you guys and glad to know you are doing well. No matter what anyone says you were a bunch of great guys! Take Care!
